TASTING NOTES
Another beauty deriving from the Petaluma Gap - Gapstone Vineyard. We are met with its beautiful dusty pink color. Enjoy the aromas of watermelon sorbet, freshly picked strawberries and a sophisticated
suggestion of wet stone, making this easy to savor even before your first sip. Lively
flavors of unsweetened dried cranberry, sliced strawberry, tangy kiwi and a
coastal salinity envelop the palate to complete the experience. Refreshing,
full of verve, light on its feet and satisfying on every level!
FOOD AFFINITIES
Rosé of Pinot Noir loves fresh dishes with a light touch.
Fruits de mer, grilled fish, roast chicken, herbed olives, a charcuterie plate,
you get the idea. An easy and delightful combination that is sure to transport
your mind to an idyllic seaside table somewhere on the Mediterranean. It happens
to us every time.
AGEABILITY
Our Rosé is crafted for early enjoyment. That said, under
proper cellar conditions, our 2021 Rosé of Pinot Noir should develop nicely for
another 1-2 years.
